CJC-1295 with No DAC

CJC-1295 (No DAC) is a synthetic growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog comprising the biologically active portion of GHRH with amino acid substitutions that improve resistance to enzymatic degradation while lacking the drug-affinity complex (DAC) modification. Unlike the DAC version, CJC-1295 (No DAC) has a significantly shorter half-life, resulting in a more transient stimulation of the GHRH receptor and growth hormone release.
